Vacuum Oven
Product Overview
The AntsLAB Vacuum Oven is engineered for controlled heating applications where moisture removal, oxidation prevention, and uniform temperature distribution are critical. Operating under vacuum conditions lowers the boiling point of volatile substances, enabling gentle drying and heat treatment of sensitive materials.
Built with robust double-wall construction and high-quality insulation, the oven provides stable operating conditions for laboratory and industrial environments.
Why Choose This Vacuum Oven?
Unlike conventional laboratory ovens, a vacuum oven minimizes oxidation and contamination during heating by removing air from the chamber. This makes it suitable for processing heat-sensitive, hygroscopic, and moisture-sensitive materials while maintaining excellent product quality.
Its microprocessor-based PID temperature controller, durable construction, and multiple chamber material options make it a dependable solution for demanding applications.
Working Principle
A vacuum pump evacuates air from the sealed chamber through the integrated vacuum valve, reducing internal pressure. Under reduced pressure, liquids evaporate at lower temperatures, allowing samples to dry or cure efficiently without exposure to atmospheric oxygen.
The PID temperature controller continuously regulates the heating elements to maintain accurate and uniform chamber temperatures throughout the process.
Performance & Reliability
The Vacuum Oven is designed to provide:
- Stable temperature control
- Uniform heat distribution
- Reliable vacuum sealing
- Long operational life
- Consistent laboratory performance
- Reduced oxidation during heating
Heavy-duty stainless steel trays, durable Nichrome heating elements, and PT100 temperature sensing contribute to dependable operation across a wide range of laboratory processes.
