Orders and Shipping

Domestic Orders (within India):  It takes 2-3 business days for order processing, further 5-7 business days to receive your product.

International Orders (US, UK and worldwide) : It takes 3-5 business days for order processing, shipping takes a upto 10 business days depending on location.

In case the item/(s) you ordered is not in stock then manufacturing the products and processing the order can take 10- 28 days depending on the product.

  1.  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the shipment details and a tracking number so that the shipping progress of your order can be tracked. 
  2. If you have an account go to the account page and view your order history. Find the order you are looking for and click the link where you can track the status of it. 
  3. If the order was placed as a guest, the status of the order can still be viewed from the “Order Tracking” section, available here.. 

Most likely yes! We ship almost everywhere in the world. To find out if we ship to your country, place an item in your cart, select “View Cart”, and then “Check out!”. In the first checkout step- Shipping Info- select the ‘Country’ pull-down menu. If your country is included in that list, then we ship to you! If your country is not included, you, unfortunately, won’t be able to place an order.

We charge 18% Goods and Service Tax(GST) for sale within India. 

Government funded research Institutions within India are eligible for concessional 5% GST. Please create an account by visiting “my account” section. Select user role as “GOVT. FUNDED RESEARCH INSTITUTION” to show 5% GST on checkout.

Please note you are required to email GST Exemption Certificate to [email protected] after placing order.

As per policy, shipment can only be dispatched after we receive the exemption certificate.

Following situations may arise for return: Item was defective, Item was damaged during the Shipping ,Product(s) was/were missing or Wrong item was sent by the Seller

The Buyer needs to raise the return request within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.

Yes. You can backorder items. However please note that manufacturing such not in stock item/(s) and processing the order can take 10- 28 days depending on the product.
